No new tool for the field
Your officers keep recording in the messenger they already use. You forward the notes to the Saylo bot from your own phone, or upload the week’s files in one go.
For programme teams
NGOs, field research and community health programmes run on voice notes from people who will not fill in a form at the end of a twelve-hour day. Saylo turns those notes into transcripts you can read, question and file, without asking the team to change anything.
Ask this recording
Which schools are still missing books, and what is the deadline?
Two of the three schools visited this week have not received their books. The head teacher warned that if they do not arrive by Monday, the exam will have to be postponed.

The transcript stays in Urdu, Arabic, Spanish or French. Ask in English what was requested and the answer comes back with the minute mark, so the original is one click away.
Every note is dated, titled and kept. The audio page names each processor and states that nothing is used for training; it reads as a data-protection note, because that is what it is for.
Buy ten hours when a programme starts. Twenty officers can feed one account. When the programme ends, nothing keeps charging.
Before you upload
Today one Telegram account links to one Saylo account, so the usual set-up is that the manager forwards notes from the team chat to the bot. Shared team inboxes are the next thing we are building; we will not advertise them before they ship.
Thirty minutes free, no card, no plan. Forward three notes from your team and read them before you decide anything.
