Terms of Service

1. Service

Saylo provides automated AI transcription, transcript cleanup, exports, summaries, and question-answering over uploaded or generated transcript content.

2. Eligibility and account security

• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service lawfully.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Uploaded content

• You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload and process recordings.
• You must not upload illegal content, harmful content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
• You remain responsible for reviewing transcript accuracy before relying on it.

4. AI output

Transcripts, cleanup, summaries, speaker labels, and answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Saylo does not guarantee complete accuracy, legal suitability, medical suitability, or fitness for high-risk decisions.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark at scale, overload, or bypass technical limits of the service.
• Do not resell standalone access to underlying AI, transcription, language-model, or media-processing services used by Saylo.
• Do not use Saylo for unlawful surveillance, rights violations, or processing content without required consent.

6. Plans and billing

Available plans, free allowances, subscriptions, and top-ups are shown in the product or checkout flow. Usage is generally measured in audio minutes and may be rounded up to the next full minute.

7. Availability

We work to keep Saylo reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, capacity constraints, or events outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saylo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Saylo at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Saylo after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
