Payments and Refunds

1. Pricing

• Free: $0, includes 30 minutes.
• Starter: $5, includes 3 hours.
• Creator: $12, includes 10 hours.
• Pro: $29, includes 30 hours.
• Pay-as-you-go top-up: $2/hour, non-expiring unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2. Currency and taxes

Prices for Saylo global users are shown in USD or another local currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment provider.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Saylo does not store full card numbers or payment card security codes.

4. Subscriptions and top-ups

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Top-ups add prepaid usage to your account and are used for future transcriptions according to the product billing rules.

5. Refunds

Because AI transcription is delivered digitally and processing may begin immediately, completed usage is generally non-refundable. If a payment was made by mistake, a technical failure prevented delivery, or local law grants mandatory refund rights, contact support and we will review the request.

6. Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may pause paid features, adjust account balance, or request updated payment details.
