Saylo.pro provides an online workflow for uploading audio or video, generating transcripts, improving transcript readability, and asking AI questions about the resulting text.

• Uploaded content such as audio, video, transcript text, speaker labels, timestamps, and prompts you submit for analysis.
• Payment and billing records such as package, subscription, payment status, transaction identifiers, and invoices. Card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by Saylo.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, device and browser information, logs, error reports, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Product analytics such as feature usage, conversion events, and aggregated performance metrics.

Uploaded files and transcripts may be deleted by the user or removed when the account is closed, subject to backup and legal-retention limits.
