1. Data controller

Saylo.pro processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For questions or data subject requests, contact support@saylo.pro.

2. What you consent to

  • Processing of account data (email, name, authentication identifiers) for account creation, login, and service delivery.
  • Processing of uploaded audio and video content for AI transcription, cleanup, speaker labeling, and chat analysis.
  • Processing of payment and billing data by third-party payment providers (CloudPayments, Stripe, or equivalent) for purchasing minutes and managing subscriptions.
  • Processing of technical data (IP address, device information, usage logs) for security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
  • Processing of product analytics (feature usage, conversion events) in anonymized or pseudonymized form for improving the service.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)

  • Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)): processing necessary to provide the transcription service you requested.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): where you explicitly agree to optional data processing, such as analytics or marketing communications.
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): where processing is required by applicable law (e.g., tax records, law enforcement requests).

4. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or processing in countries with an adequacy decision.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and accounting. Uploaded files and transcripts may be deleted by you at any time. Account data is deleted when you close your account, subject to legal retention requirements.

  • Right of access (Article 15): request a copy of your personal data.
  • Right to rectification (Article 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (Article 17): request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict processing (Article 18): limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability (Article 20): receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Article 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • To exercise any of these rights, contact support@saylo.pro. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.

7. Supervisory authority

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

8. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@saylo.pro or by deleting your account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Certain processing necessary for contract performance or legal obligations may continue regardless of consent withdrawal.

9. Children

Saylo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this consent page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
